Paul Gittins a étudié la littérature à Exeter au Collège d'Oxford. Il a publié une anthologie poétique de portraits en 1997 : Portraits in verse. En 2000, après avoir été dresseur de chevaux en Angleterre, il s'installe définitivement à Majorque. Son tout dernier livre est une biographie de son grand-père qui fut un pionnier du chemin de fer en Asie : On Track.cratching Around est une sélection de ses poèmes.

 

Paul Gittins was educated at Exeter College, Oxford where he read English Literature. In 1997 his first book Portraits in Verse was published. In 2000, having spent much of his life working with horses, he moved to Majorca where he finally had the time to write On Track, a biography of his railway pioneer grandfather.

Scratching Around is a selection of his poetry up to the present day.
